Every year, the University of Rouen Normandie welcomes around 150 exchange students.
If your home university has selected you to come to the University of Rouen Normandie as part of an exchange program, you’ll find some useful information here.
APPLYING TO UNIVERSITY
Applications :
Application deadlines are as follows:
– June 1 for 1st semester and full-year mobility
– November 1 for 2nd semester mobility
Appointments :
Nominations must be sent by e-mail to the following address: mobility.in@univ-rouen.fr
Nomination deadlines are as follows:
– May 15 for 1st semester and full-year mobility
– October 15 for 2nd semester mobility
- An online application link will be sent to you once your university has selected you and informed the University of Rouen Normandy.
- If the University of Rouen’s pedagogical coordinators approve your application, you can then send them your pedagogical/learning agreement, already signed by your university.
- A final letter of acceptance will be sent to you once your teaching contract has been signed by both universities. Please note that no letter of acceptance will be sent until we have received your validated teaching contract.
We would like to remind all Erasmus+ students who wish to come to the University of Rouen Normandie that all courses are taught in French. A B2 level of the CEFR is therefore strongly recommended to ensure that your studies run smoothly. Examinations for Erasmus+ students are the same as those for students at the Université de Rouen, and no adaptation will be proposed.

UNIVERSITY HOUSING
When you register, you can apply for a room in a public student residence managed by CROUS Normandie, an external partner of the University. For more information, click here.
Please note that the university does not manage accommodations and the mobility service only acts as a liaison; we have no information on accommodations or application files. The mobility department will forward your details to CROUS, who will contact you to allocate rooms.
