Sport plays an essential role at the University of Rouen Normandie. The SUAPS (Service universitaire d’activités physiques et sportives) is responsible for implementing the university’s sports policy. The aim is to give as many people as possible access to physical, artistic or developmental activities. The various SUAPS programs are aimed at students, staff and their dependents, as well as URN retirees.
SUAPS offers over 90 physical activities including adminton, basketball, boxing, dance, rugby, bodybuilding, volleyball, athletics, climbing, soccer, qi gong, nordic walking, pilates, zumba, yoga… and many more. SUAPS is also in charge of high-level athletes.
Discover the URN esport room. Equipped with high-performance PCs, a PS5 and a Nintendo Switch, it’s open to all students, amateurs and experts alike, from Tuesday to Friday, from 12pm to 6pm.
