How do I pre-register?

Pre-registration will enable you to apply for a course at the Université de Rouen Normandie (Master’s degree, Licence professionnelle, Capacité d’Orthophonie, Doctorat) or request validation of studies (direct access to L2, L3) if you have never been registered in Rouen. Then, if your application has been accepted, you can register definitively via the web.

How can I find out more about the range of courses on offer at the University of Rouen Normandy?

When you join the University, you’ll be able to take one of 300 degree courses. Whether you opt for initial training, continuing education, work-study or distance learning, you can choose from a wide range of courses to suit your career aspirations.

Where can I find my INE or BEA?

This number, also known as the INE (identifiant national élève), is usually found on your student card if you were a student at another school. It’s this number, made up of the first 10 characters and the key (entered without spaces), that will identify you.

The 1st document to consult is your Bac transcript.
In the top right-hand corner, you’ll find a number marked BEA (10 characters+1 key, e.g. 1234567890G).
If, after checking, you find that you don’t have a BEA number, don’t forget to consult your old student cards.
You’ll be sure to find an INE number. Please note that INE numbers are made up of letters and numbers, so be careful when entering them for identification.

Where can I find disability-related information?

If you’re experiencing difficulties due to illness or a permanent or temporary disability, theEspace Handicap, in collaboration with the Preventive Medicine Department and partner association Handisup, can help you prepare for the start of your new academic year, adapt your studies and support you throughout your studies.

The University has also signed a partnership with Picto Access to help all users access information on theaccessibility of the establishment’s premises, on a dedicated website.

Does Rouen Normandie University offer sports and cultural activities?

On each of the University’s campuses, you’ll find a space for cultural life and student involvement , where you can get involved and discover all the opportunities and services available to you during your academic year.

At the University, the Bureau de la Vie Etudiante (BVE ) is a place of resources and welcome that can help you with all your student issues (housing, catering, transport, health, etc.).

The mission of this office is to facilitate student exchanges and life with the University, taking into account the concerns of each individual.
